Kisumu Girls National School Principal has been barred from ever setting foot in the examination centre after an irregularity was spotted.
Eva Odhiambo, the Chief Principal, reportedly walked into an examination room with her phone against the rules and regulations set by the Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC).
Officials from KNEC immediately detected the error and alerted their superiors.

According to sources, the Chief Principal defended herself that she had forget to leave her phone behind before walking into the examination room.
She has subsequently been barred from entering for the period of the examination.
Kisumu County Director of Education Rosemary Birenge confirmed the incident yesterday.
