President William Ruto is expected to oversee the ground breaking ceremony for immediate construction of affordable hostels at Ebukanga Technical and Vocational College (TVC) in Emuhaya, Vihiga County on Saturday November 1, 2025.
The hostels will go a long way in solving the accommodation challenges in the institution whose enrolment has now surged from about 300 trainees as from November 2024 to the current 1,164 trainees this year, a key milestone witnessed after the current Principal Newton Shivachi took over the helm of leadership late last year.
