President William Ruto has encouraged learners sitting the 2026 national assessments and Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) examinations to remain calm, trust their preparation and give their best.
In a statement issued on Monday, October 26, Ruto assured candidates of the country's support as they embarked on the crucial examination period, urging them to approach the assessments with confidence.

“To our teachers, parents and guardians: Thank you for bringing them this far,” he said.
Ruto further expressed confidence in the candidates, assuring them that the country was proud of their efforts and looked forward to their future contributions to national development.
“To every candidate: Kenya believes in you, Kenya is proud of you, and Kenya cannot wait to see what you will build,” he stated.
