Maseno School dominates Kisumu County indoor games championship

Maseno School emerged as the top performer at this year’s Kisumu County Kenya Secondary Schools Sports Association (KSSSA) Indoor Games Championship, securing titles in chess, scrabble, badminton, and lawn tennis.

The school’s impressive performance highlighted its strength across multiple disciplines, with students demonstrating exceptional skill, discipline, and teamwork throughout the competition.

Speaking after the victory, badminton coach Joshua Oniang’o attributed the success to the players’ determination, hard work, and perseverance during training and competition.

Adding to the school’s achievements, Joel Destiny of Maseno School was named the Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the championship in recognition of his outstanding performance.
