The Kenya Secondary Schools Sports Association (KSSSA) portal is now open and fully functional, providing schools with an opportunity to upload their teams for the current term ahead of the set deadline.
According to the latest communication, the portal can be accessed through www.ksssa.go.ke and all institutions are required to complete the upload of their respective teams before January 22, 2026.
School administrators, games teachers, and sports coordinators have been urged to take advantage of the smooth-running system and ensure timely compliance to avoid last-minute challenges.
The upload process is a mandatory requirement for schools intending to participate in KSSSA-sanctioned competitions during the term.
Officials emphasized the importance of accuracy when submitting team details, noting that only teams uploaded within the stipulated timeline will be eligible for competitions.
Schools that fail to meet the deadline risk exclusion from zonal, sub-county, county and regional championships.

The opening of the portal marks a critical step in the organization of school sports activities, as KSSSA continues to streamline registration and coordination through digital platforms. Stakeholders have been encouraged to act promptly and confirm successful submission once uploads are completed.
With the deadline just days away, schools are advised to log in early, upload all required team information and ensure full compliance to guarantee smooth participation in the 2026 school sports calendar.
