The Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC) has officially released the Business and Technical TVET examination results for candidates who sat their papers in July 2025.
In a circular dated October 31, 2025, and addressed to all Heads of Institutions (HoIs) offering Business and Technical TVET Examinations and signed by Dr David Njengere, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of KNEC, it confirmed that the results are now available for collection. Heads of Institutions are required to collect the results in person from the KNEC offices in Nairobi during official working hours, Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm.

KNEC has also reminded institutions that those with outstanding examination fee arrears will not be allowed to collect their results until all pending payments are cleared. The directive aims to ensure accountability and compliance with examination regulations.
The Council further outlined procedures for handling any result-related concerns. All queries must be submitted online through the Heads of Institutions using the KNEC Query Management Information System (QMIS) within thirty days from the release date. This means that the deadline for submitting any result-related queries is December 3, 2025.
Late submissions will attract a penalty charge of Ksh. 5,000, and KNEC has emphasized that all communications must be made through the online QMIS platform provided in the circular.
KNEC also announced that advance instructions for the November 2025 examination series are ready for collection at the KNEC offices.
