This is after he was sworn in on March 1, 2025 as the acting National Chairman, taking over from the late Johnson Nzioka, who died in a road accident in Athi-River along the busy Nairobi-Mombasa highway in February, 2025.

The Association Constitution allows the National Vice Chairman to act for a period of not more than 90 days as National Chairman before being filled incase of any vacancy in that position, which Fuad has held since March 1, 2025 until his confirmation today by the NGC.

Fuad was sworn alongside Meshack Oketch Roche who now takes over as the new National Vice Chairman, a position that was previously held by Fuad.

Before his confirmation today by NGC members, Roche was KEPSHA National Publicity and Organising Secretary, and he is now going to be deputised by David Kimani Makimei.

Kennedy Kyeva the National Treasurer now has a new assistant, Hussein Dubat Yussuf, who is now the Deputy National Treasurer.

The new Publicity and Organising Secretary who is taking over from Roche is Nicodemus Musyoka. James Osikedi and David Omondi Radiala were sworn in as new members in the National Executive Board (NEB) respectively.
