Kabianga University has officially announced the schedule for the End of Semester One examinations for the 2025/2026 academic year.
In an official notice dated February 1, 2026 and issued Prof. Dr. Fredrick Kassilly, Deputy Vice Chancellor (Academic and Student Affairs) informed all students that the examinations will commence on 2nd February 2, and conclude on February 13, 2026.
He urged all students to prepare adequately and to strictly adhere to the university’s examination rules and regulations to ensure a smooth and fair examination process for everyone.
Prof. Kassilly reminded students to carry their examination cards at all times when attending exams, emphasizing that these cards are mandatory for identification and entry into examination rooms.

The students are also instructed to avoid unnecessary movement in and out of the examination rooms once exams have started, to minimize disruptions and maintain examination integrity.
The Deputy Vice Chancellor strongly warned that unauthorized materials are not allowed inside examination venues.
“The students must comply with all regulations to avoid disqualification or other penalties.”
Furthermore, students are required to sign only against their own names on the examination attendance lists and should not add their names manually.
Prof. Kassilly concluded the notice by wishing all students success in their upcoming examinations and encouraged them to approach the exams with confidence and integrity.
