Girls who sat for the 2022 Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) exams last year in Kangundo sub-county and have not been able to join secondary school can now breathe a sigh of relief after Caring Hearts and Hands of Hope organization promised to sponsor them.
The organization’s Director Vincent Kituku Muli observed that there are Form 1 students who are stuck at home due to financial constraints.
Fortunately, he told the press that his organization will sponsor girls who scored over 350 marks and are stuck at home.
“We will help these girls get to high school and even university if they pass their exams. The sponsor who wants to help says these girls should come from Kangundo sub county and should have scored at least 350 marks and from poor backgrounds,” he said.
He added: “Eligible girls should report to Caring Hearts High school in Nguluni before Wednesday next week and will be attended to.”
Kituku reiterated that no child should stay at home due to lack of fees urging locals to always help where they can.
“You don’t need to help with money but also sharing information may assist someone. Everyone is in a position to help even without money,” he noted.
