For Reverend Jackson Alukusia, the journey toward peace initiatives in the North Rift Region began as a complex and challenging task, but with determination, experience, and passion, the fruits of maintaining peace in the North Rift Region can be felt today.

“With the sailing through of the Peace Policy Act 2003 at the West Pokot County Assembly, a lot has been achieved in the North Rift Region,” said Rev. Alukusia.

In addition, Rev. Alukusia said that in the past, some areas in the North Rift Region were impassable and uninhabitable, but currently there is free movement of people and vehicles.
