Head teachers have been urged to embrace performance contracts in schools.
While making a presentation recently at workshop organised for teachers on Teacher Performance Appraisal and Development Tool (TPAD) at Nasokol Girls High School, the West Pokot County TSC director Geoffrey Chemos said performance contracts are not intended to punish teachers.
