Church, strong leadership hailed for improving facilities at Mukumu Boys Primary in Kakamega

Mukumu Boys Primary School in Kakamega County has a reason to smile following an improvement in infrastructure development which were in a deplorable state for decades thanks to strong leadership and church support.

The developments which have been seen since 2024 under the leadership of headteacher Victor Ingosi, has seen the school infrastructure improved.

Ingosi, while speaking during a thanksgiving event said that when he joined the school, the facilities  were in bad shape, prompting him to sort support.

He added that through the support of church and the Board of Management, they were able to turn around the situation and the school is now out of the bad books of the Ministry of Education.

He commented Bishop Obanyi for his wonderful gesture in the school and support.

Bishop further pledged to support the school by offering a conducive learning environment
