Principal Secretary, State Department of Gender Affairs, Ministry of Public Service, Youth and Gender Affairs Safina Kwekwe has said Kwale County continues to perform poorly in the national exams due to lack of proper learning facilities.
She was speaking during Matuga Girls High School prize giving day recently. Kwekwe urged stakeholders to take urgent measures and provide essential learning facilities in schools to enhance quality teaching and learning.
She attributed dismal performance in national examinations in schools to lack of essential learning facilities.The PS urged parents in the region to take all their school age children to school.
