- School management has welcomed their participation as another achievement in academics and co-curricular activities.
Three students from Vihiga Boys High School, together with their teacher, arrived safely in Mumbai on Friday at 5am, awaiting a connecting flight to Hyderabad for the World Robot Olympiad.
The students are set to compete on an international platform after successfully emerging among the winners in the robotics competition in Kenya.
The school management, led by Senior Principal Alfred Masiolo, has thanked Almighty God for their journey mercies.
School celebrates international opportunity
Vihiga Boys High School is a powerhouse in both academics and co-curricular activities in the country. The school participated in the Kenya Music Festival Gala before the Head of State and emerged winner in the Zilizopendwa with live instruments category, taking position one nationally.
The school has also been leading in the rugby series, making a name for itself in the sport.

Vihiga Boys has also charted a new academic path, launching an ambitious 2026 KCSE mean score target of 8.4, marking a renewed drive towards academic excellence.
