- Mercy Mwaura has been appointed the institution’s new Registrar, succeeding Jumba following his promotion.
Sigalagala National Polytechnic has announced changes in its leadership, with Mr Bernard Jumba taking over as Deputy Principal-Administration from Madam Anne Mutsami.
Jumba, who previously served as the institution’s Registrar, assumes the new role as part of the leadership changes at the polytechnic. He has been replaced as Registrar by Madam Mercy Mwaura, who previously served as the Industrial Liaison Officer.
The changes come under the leadership of Chief Principal Evans O. Bosire, who continues to provide leadership and direction at the institution.

The institution has recognised Mutsami for her service and contribution during her tenure as Deputy Principal–Administration, as she hands over the responsibilities to Jumba.
Jumba and Mwaura have been welcomed into their new positions and are expected to take up their respective responsibilities as members of the institution’s leadership team.
The changes mark a new chapter in the administration of Sigalagala National Polytechnic, with the institution maintaining its focus on service, professionalism, teamwork and leadership.
