Eldoret National Polytechnic has ushered in a new leadership team at its City Campus following an official change of guard ceremony aimed at ensuring smooth leadership transition and strengthening institutional governance.

During the event, Johana Suge formally handed over the office of City Campus Coordinator as he prepares to take up his new appointment as Deputy Principal in charge of Academics at Konoin Technical Training Institute.
The Eldoret National Polytechnic (TENP) has ushered in a new leadership team at its City Campus following an official change of guard ceremony aimed at ensuring smooth leadership transition and strengthening institutional governance.
The ceremony, presided over by Chief Principal Dr. Charles Koech, brought together the institution’s top management, including Deputy Principal Administration Paul Seurey and Deputy Principal Academics Peninah Ogutu.
During the event, Johana Suge formally handed over the office of City Campus Coordinator as he prepares to take up his new appointment as Deputy Principal in charge of Academics at Konoin Technical Training Institute.
Emmanuel Sawe, who previously served as Deputy Coordinator at the City Campus, officially assumed the position of Coordinator. In turn, Sawe handed over the office of Deputy Coordinator to Angela Vwamula, who takes up the role with immediate effect.

The polytechnic commended Suge for his dedicated service and leadership, noting that his contribution played a significant role in strengthening both academic and administrative operations at the City Campus during his tenure.
TENP also congratulated Sawe and Vwamula on their appointments, expressing confidence in their ability to provide visionary leadership marked by integrity, professionalism and excellence.
The institution said the leadership transition reflects its commitment to sound governance, effective succession planning and the development of transformational leaders across its campuses.
TENP reaffirmed its commitment to delivering quality, industry-responsive Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET), saying the new leadership is expected to enhance service delivery, improve coordination among departments and sustain the institution’s focus on equipping learners with market-relevant skills.
The polytechnic added that it will continue supporting its campuses to provide quality training that empowers learners and contributes to Kenya’s socio-economic development.
