The Lomut Primary School community in West Pokot County honoured retiring Senior Headteacher Nicolas Molo in a grand ceremony celebrating his decades of dedicated service.

The Lomut Primary School community in West Pokot County on Friday held a colourful retirement ceremony to honour Senior Headteacher Nicolas Molo, bringing to a close a distinguished career marked by decades of service, leadership and commitment to quality education.
The event, held at the school grounds, attracted teachers, learners, parents, education stakeholders, religious leaders, former students and members of the local community, who gathered to celebrate Mr Molo’s contribution to the growth of the institution and the education sector in the county.
Speakers described the retiring headteacher as a visionary leader whose dedication transformed Lomut Primary School into one of the county’s respected learning institutions through improved academic performance, discipline and strong moral values.
They praised his unwavering commitment to providing every learner with an opportunity to succeed, noting that his leadership promoted academic excellence while nurturing responsible and disciplined citizens.
