Kiriri Women’s University of Science and Technology has announced a vacant position for Deputy Vice Chancellor in charge of Academic Affairs. The announcement was made through an official memo released on Friday, 15 th May, 2026
The university, which offers a wide range of diplomas, degrees, and master’s programmes in fields such as information and communication technology, business information technology, hospitality management, procurement, and supplies management, said the position is critical to steering its academic vision.
According to the memo, the successful candidate will oversee planning for the academic division, spearhead the development of academic policies, and strengthen linkages with other tertiary institutions.
The role also entails ensuring quality assurance across programmes and fostering collaboration that enhances the university’s competitiveness.

Applicants are required to demonstrate at least ten years of administrative experience, preferably as a dean of faculty or director within a recognized higher learning institution.
In addition, candidates must submit a comprehensive curriculum vitae, certified copies of academic certificates and transcripts, and provide three referees with verifiable contact information.
