The Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) has reopened its student portal for a second revision of Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC) programmes, giving thousands of applicants who missed earlier placement rounds another opportunity to secure admission for the 2026 intake.
KUCCPS announced the development stating the window specifically targets applicants who were unsuccessful in the initial placement.
The application window runs from March 28 to April 3, 2026, and is open to Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) candidates from the 2000 to 2025 cohorts, broadening eligibility to include both recent and past candidates.
The previous application window for the March intake had closed on March 13, covering 31 diploma and certificate courses. The current second revision window makes 21 courses available, comprising 13 diploma programmes and eight certificate options.
