TSC directs employees to file individual 2025 income tax returns

The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) has directed all of its employees to file their individual income tax returns for the year 2025 through the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) online iTax platform before June 30, 2026.

This was communicated through a circular dated February 18, 2026 and signed by the Commission Acting Chief Executive Ofiicer and Secretary Evaleen Mitei.

The Commission added that to facilitate this exercise, employees can download their Tax deduction cards (P9 Forms) on the TSC T-pay portal.

Employees who have exited service and are no longer on t-pay are advised to visit the nearest TSC county head offices for assistance.
