KESSHA lauds KUPPET for conducting peaceful, orderly branch elections

The Kenya Secondary School Heads Association, (KESSHA) Kisumu chapter has lauded the Kenya Union of Post Primary Education Teachers, (KUPPET) in the area for conducting peaceful elections

KESSHA Kisumu County, chairperson George Opiyo said the union members carried out the exercise in a very mature manner.

“We wish to extend our heartfelt congratulations to Team George Osura, popularly known as Team Oxygen, for their well-deserved victory in the KUPPET elections held at Tom Mboya Labour College.”he said in a statement.

Opiyo said the win reflects the confidence and trust that teachers of Kisumu County have placed in new leadership.

As KESSHA, he said they reaffirm their commitment to work very closely and collaboratively with the team in advancing the welfare, professionalism, and unity of teachers in our county.

The official wished the new office holders the very best of luck and success as they take up the responsibility of serving the teachers of Kisumu County.
