Rohi High School marks 20 years of academic excellence

Rohi High School is celebrating two decades of academic success and the moulding of hundreds of students who have excelled both in their academic pursuits and co‑curricular activities since the institution opened its doors twenty years ago.

Located in the Kiamunyeki area near Lanet, just nine kilometres from the Nakuru‑Nairobi Highway, the school has become a preferred choice for parents across Nakuru County and neighbouring regions, including Narok, Laikipia, Nyandarua, Baringo, Kericho, Kiambu, and Bomet, among others.

“Our school is the best in academic success. This is witnessed by the achievements of our students who secure quality grades that enable them to join universities in Kenya and abroad. We have adequate boarding facilities to accommodate all learners and support their academic journey,” said Rev. Daniel Muthua, the School Director.

Muthua highlighted that the school boasts a dynamic, highly trained, and motivated teaching staff committed to ensuring every student attains the best results in all subjects.

“Our teachers are hardworking and dedicated to nurturing talent in both academics and co‑curricular activities. They ensure students achieve their dreams while maintaining high standards of discipline,” added Principal Calvins Magwari.

Magwari noted that the school’s non‑teaching staff are equally professional, working tirelessly to support daily operations and enhance the learning environment. Departmental heads, he said, are up to the task, with the Guidance and Counselling Department playing a vital role in addressing student challenges and shaping learners to view the world as a place of opportunity and success.
