The School of Education, Arts & Social Sciences (SEASS) at the University of Kabianga (UoK) has issued a show-cause directive to all students who missed the Supplementary and Special Examinations for the 2024/25 academic year.
In an internal memo dated 26th November 2025, Ag. Dean Dr Benedict K. Koros instructed affected students to provide a written explanation for their absence, along with any supporting documents, to the School Administrator’s office by 12th December 2025.
“This notice requires students to clarify why they did not sit for the scheduled examinations. Failure to comply may attract disciplinary action as per university regulations,” the memo reads.
The directive aims to ensure accountability and adherence to academic standards within SEASS, which is ISO 9001:2015 certified, emphasising quality management in education.
