Chemamul Boy’s temporarily closes after fire destroys dormitory

Chemamul Boys High School in Belgut Constituency, Kericho County, has been temporarily closed following a devastating fire that razed a dormitory housing 120 students last night. The circumstances surrounding the fire remain unclear.

Fortunately, no injuries or fatalities were reported in the incident.

Kericho County Police Commander James Ngetich confirmed the fire and stated that authorities have launched a probe into the matter to determine the cause of the blaze. The temporary closure of the school will allow for investigations and assessment of the damage.
