Magunga High in Kisumu celebrates improved mean score in national examinations

Magunga High School which is located in Kisumu County has posted one of its best results in recent years in the just released Form Four national examinations.

The Senior Principal Dr Patrick Odier said the learning institution will be sending a total of 269 students to public universities.

Odier said the number is out of the 389 candidates who wrote 2024 KCSE.

The school head said the performance constitutes a 66.8 per cent transition adding that they posted a mean of 7.2.

Dr Odier said both the students and teachers worked extremely hard having completed the syllabus early enough.
