Muhoroni NGCDF has disbursed over Ksh15.7 million in bursaries to bright and needy students in various universities and colleges across the country.
The kitty manager Sospeter Ngere, while handing over the cheques at Nyangoma /Masogo Ward, said the cash has already reached various learning institutions.
Ngere, who was accompanied by CDF chairman Bernard Del, said beneficiaries have been carefully selected from the many applications.

The manager said they are committed to ensuring all students, regardless of their background, access quality education, pointing out that students taking Engineering, Medicine and Architecture are fully sponsored to encourage more to enroll.
He said they have been tracking the performance of the students under the programme, divulging plans to construct the Muhoroni Technical Training Institute (TTI) at a cost of Ksh80 million.
Kenya Secondary Schools Heads Association (KESSHA) Muhoroni branch chairman George Ombok was present at the function.
Lauding the MP and his NGCDF team for being steadfast in supporting education, he commended his bursary model as having an excellent dispensation which should be adopted by other constituencies.
Ombok also acknowledged the MP for his commitment in sponsoring students and improving education standards in Muhoroni.
