Kisumu Day High School are the champions of the 2024 Kisumu County Secondary School football championship.
Commonly referred to as ‘Yudhee’ they beat Agai Secondary 2-0 in a rescheduled final played at Maseno School today morning.
Bavon Omondi scored two quick fire goals in the opening minutes in a match played without fans.
The move comes just a few days after Kisumu County Kenya Secondary Schools Sports Association (KSSSA) Secretary George Osura revealed that the two appeals made by two schools will be decided this week.

Katolo Secondary from Nyando Sub-county was disqualified on Wednesday.
Kisumu Day had appealed against Katolo while Kisumu Boys appealed against Agai secondary.
Kisumu Day lost 1-2 against Katolo while Kisumu Boys lost 0-1 to Agai in their respective semis at Maseno School.
Katolo and Agai played in the final but the game was bandoned in the 90th minute with scoreboard reading 1-1.
