The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) has transferred and promoted a number of teachers in the latest reshuffle by teachers’ employer.
Chief Principal Lawrence Nyakweba has been transferred from Dagorretti Boys High to Ekerubo Ekerubo Secondary School in Bonchari Constituency in the same capacity.

Samson Otwere, Principal of Gid Narera Secondary in Homabay County heads to Mariwa Secondary School of South Mugirango Constituency as the head of the school.

Mariwa was formerly headed by David Ondicho who moved to Nyaimera Secondary in the constituency and left his deputy in the school as acting Principal for a long time.
David Mayaka who was Deputy Principal at Cardinal Otunga Mosocho High School was transferred to Nyamache Boys School in Nyamache Sub-county, last month in the same capacity but after serving in the station for one month, was later elevated to become Principal and transferred to the Endereti COG Secondary School in Bomachoge Borabu constituency.
On the other hand, Gerald Ayiera has been appointed as acting Principal of Cardinal Otunga Mosocho High School to replace Chief Principal Albert Ombiro who was promoted and sent to China as an education attache recently.
The TSC is expected to conduct several transfers of school administrators during this April holiday.
Other changes would include deployment of newly appointed deputy principals and principals arising from the recent interviews where over 36,000 teachers were promoted to various categories of school managers.
