A union official in Elgeyo Marakwet has faulted the new curriculum implementation introduced and piloted last year.
Keiyo Knut Executive Secretary Musa Busienei (below) said that besides the piloting being done in haste, the curriculum was staring at unequipped staff as well as unavailable teaching materials and resources.
The unionist asked the ministry of education to continue with piloting this year and start implementation next year after ensuring that schools and human resources are ready. -Dennis Bett
