The County Directors of Education (CDEs) have also been instructed to establish the same caretaker committees from serving county Kenya Primary Schools Sports Association committees to manage the activities at the county level under the supervision of the CDEs. The same principle will apply to regions.

“The SCDEs, CDEs and RDEs are advised to select from the serving officials separate for each activity since primary and junior activities will run concurrently in two different venues that is in Nyeri and Machakos respectively,” read the circular.
