TSC replaces KESSHA Chair at Machakos Boys as he retires from service

The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) has identified the replacement for KESSHA Chair Kahi Indimuli at Machakos Boys High School following his retirement from service recently, naming Benson Manoo as the new principal of the national school.

Manoo is the immediate former Principal of Ribe Boys High School in Kilifi County.

Indimuli retired on January 4, 2024 after attaining the mandatory retirement age of 60, which also implies that he will step down as the National Chairman of the Kenya Secondary Schools Heads Association (KESSHA).

Indimuli has had a fulfilling career as a teacher and school administrator spanning well over 37 years.  He has served in various prominent schools as principal, including Tom Mboya in Homabay County, Vihiga and Chavakali Boys in Vihiga County, and Machakos Boys in Machakos County, among others.

He has also steered KESSHA for several years now. He took over from John Awiti, who is the current Kisumu County CECM in charge of the education docket.
