An organization in Baringo County is urging Form Four leavers to utilize opportunities found abroad by enrolling in reputable colleges and universities overseas.
Pluto One East Africa Director, Joshua Yatich said youth in the area are an advantaged lot following efforts by the agency to open up minds of students, in realizing chances in foreign countries.
Yatich noted that the organization since it’s inception this year has successfully administered tens of applicants to join universities in United Kingdom and Canada to pursue diverse courses of their choice.
‘‘Our agency has exposed our applicants in the region and neighboring counties to see life in a different perspective. I urge those interested in this worthy quest and journey to look for greener pastures to link us and avoid unscrupulous agents on the prowl taking advantage of their inexperience,’’ the educationist warned parents and applicants.
He hinted that the potential of the organization would soon liaise with topmost universities in Ireland, Finland United States of America and other countries following growing appetite of learners in the area to seek elusive opportunities.
The eminent scholar underscored the need for applicants to take advantage of unique courses in the job market if they were destined to grasp employment after their studies.
He listed nursing, business courses, engineering, technical courses and hospitality sectors as areas students are hired upon completion of their studies.
‘‘ We have also processed Visas and passports for applicants seeking to work in countries we have partnered at affordable fee. This immense attainment to Diploma, Ordinary levels and University to students through our agency has affirmed our trust by our clients ,’’ said Yatich.
He extolled partnership with the County Government of Baringo saying it is a milestone towards creating hope for students yearning education outside the country.
With applicants seeking to work overseas, the agency boss assured those applying of opportunities in the semi skilled sector to give it a try.
In an effort to activate education and allow it thrive, Baringo County Government recently reached collaborations and strategic partnership with Germany to boost the technical sector.
Baringo however has announced plans to provide scholarships for students to learn German language to meet German levels.
