Kapkenda Girls’ school gate’s entry records have been stolen by a con artist in the afternoon of 26th June.
The con claimed to seek audience with the school’s bursar. The watchman went to check the availability of the bursar only to come back and find the person and the record book missing.
The school has alerted parents through individual calls via class teachers and also reported the matter to the Keiyo South DCI office.
Footage from CCTV cameras is still under examination.
Parents have been asked to confirm with the school in case they are contacted over anything related to the students or the school.
Principals heading other schools in the area have been asked to be extra vigilant.
