Korean gov’t donates face masks to Education Ministry

The State Department for Implementation of Curriculum Reforms Principal Secretary Prof. Fatuma Chege recently received a donation of facemasks from Korean Ambassador to Kenya Choi Yeonghan together with his Second Secretary S. Lee at the Education offices, Jogoo house in Nairobi.

Amb. Choi said the Korean Government donated 10,000 KF 94 type of Masks (equivalent to N95) as a good gesture for the continued good cordial relations between Kenya and South Korea and also to mark the Korean National Day.

Prof. Chege thanked the South Korean Government for its continued support towards the fight against Covid-19 pandemic and for the cordial bilateral relations.

The masks are to be given to secondary schools across the country.
