The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) has tasked Hoffman Solutions, an independent verification agency, to conduct a verification exercise to confirm the recruitment of an additional 5,000 primary school teachers deployed by the commission in July 2022.
A letter dated October 15, 2023 and signed by Director Quality Assurance and Standards Dr. Mugwuku Nthamburi on behalf of the CEO revealed that regional and county directors have been notified that the Agency will undertake the exercise from October 17-31, 2023 through target schools online or phone based surveys and key informants.
The move is as a result of the fact that TSC is aware that all Disbursed Linked Indicator number three (DLI3) and their results and achievements have to be verified by an Independent Verification Agency annually.
