The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) is carrying out a countrywide employees and competency needs assessment (SCNA) survey in order to equip teachers with knowledge, skills and positive attitudes.
The TSC has deployed its top officers to carry out the survey countrywide.
Speaking with Kapenguria Division teachers recently, TSC official Ann Nkwama said that the questionnaire teachers will fill is meant to assist in identifying and determining the performance gaps in the teaching profession and also to recommend the appropriate training interventions.
