Students from Toniok Girls High School in Eldama-Ravine Sub county, Baringo County staged an early morning protest decrying insufficient food in the school despite paying fees which they complain has been hiked.
The irate students marched for over 10 kilometres from the school to the education offices in Eldama Ravine town to present their grievances.
Officers at Eldama-Ravine Education offices are addressing the matter with the school administration as they make arrangements on ferrying the otherwise exhausted students back to their school.
