Three suspects steal 11 computers and valuables from school in Kisii

Police ferrying suspects to Etago Police Station

Three suspects have allegedly invaded St. Michael’s School in Kisii County, Nyamondo sub-county, Bomagena village, stealing 11 computers, sacks of corns and beans, gas cylinders, galvanized pans, mattresses and other valuables.

On the fateful day, the students raised alarm which alerted the local residents prompting them to look for the alleged robbers and, in the process, found some lost items in the suspects’ homes.

Etago OCPD Laban Omol upon arrival, calmed the angry residents and urged them to remain calm and patient while the police thoroughly probe the situation.

He assured the residents that the suspects will be taken to court to face legal consequences.

Omol further mentioned that efforts are underway to locate other suspects as the local residents reported that the area had experienced a surge in criminal activities recently as he urged them to report any suspicious activities or individuals.

Additionally, he advised those who had lost their belonging to visit the Etago Police Station and identify their items.
