Unoa Comprehensive School head teacher Winfred Sila has encouraged teachers to work hard and involve all stakeholders in the success of the learners.
Speaking in her office on Tuesday, Sila noted that they are geared towards success and nothing less.
She observed that with school openings, it would be better if the government remembered schools and released capitation since schools are suffering with suppliers on their necks.
With an enrollment of 1600, she noted a good turnout during the school opening on Monday.

She noted that the school has an incoming school bus fundraiser to help with the mobility of the learners.
“With the school being in the town centre, we also want our pupils to be exposed. Our school is good at co-curricular activities, and we don’t want to keep hiring buses to ferry us,” Sila said.
On CBE, she noted that making mathematics compulsory is not a big deal, and she fully supports it; children need mathematics in life.
