A form three student has been arrested alongside his mother for allege murder.
The Mukimwani Secondary school boy in Mbooni Sub County was arrested with her mother after they were suspected of killing a medium aged man who is the mother’s lover.
It’s suspected that love has gone sour between the mother and the deceased Manzi Kyengo who was always seen frequenting the home for long times.
Assistant Chief Kalimani location Peter Kisangi said the man’s throat was slit and had deep cuts in his hands as well. He was killed at night.
The two are being held at Kavumbu Police Station as investigations continue.
