Nakuru East Adult Education Officer has called upon the government to increase financial allocations to ease learning and improve the learning structures.
He said that adult learners have not received the required tools from the government yet it’s a critical tool towards achieving vision 2030.
“We want our learners to be self employed and better their living standards after school and these will only happen if we improve the learning system of adult education”, Dr Samwel Mutie said
