St. Teresa’s Isanjiro has dramatically wrapped up 8-4-4 with 29 candidates scoring above 400 marks in the 2023 KCPE to attain a school average of 357.

The school, located in Kakamega North Sub-county, had a total candidature of 217. The top candidate had 410 marks.

Addressing parents and candidates during the exam release, the school senior teacher Patrick Misiko attributed the good results to the strong doctrine and values the school is nurtured on.

Misiko also pointed out that dedication from the teachers played a vital role in registering the good results.

Deputy head teacher Angela Chepchumba said the fete is historical as the group will be remembered as the last 8-4-4 which incidentally is the highest score the school has ever attained.

She assured parents that the KPSEA will also be handled in the same measure; hence they should not doubt their abilities.
