A sombre mood has engulfed Kisii teaching fraternity following the sudden death of former Nyamonyo Secondary School Principal Evans Mamboleo.
According to Kisii County Deputy Governor Joash Maagi, Mamboleo died in Mombasa as he underwent treatment.
”I am saddened to learn the death of the former principal teacher and chairman of the Kisii County Public Service Board, may God comfort his family”, mourned Maagi.
Other people who sent their condolences to the bereaved family include the Chief Principal of St Paul’s Gekano High School Albert Ombiro.
He termed the late Mamboleo as a diligent scholar who employed all his skills in the service of this country.
Before he was appointed the Kisii County Public Service Board, Mamboleo was the immediate former principal of Nyamonyo Secondary School.
He was born in Bobasi Constituency 50 years ago and leaves behind a widow and grown up children.
