Siaya County Woman Representative Dr Christine Ombaka’s office through the National Government Affirmative Action Fund (NGAAF) released Sh 1.8 million in bursaries to benefit 90 bright and needy students.
According to the NGAAF County Coordinator Dorine Osuri, the money will benefit Form One students who made applications this year. Beneficiaries comprise orphans, children with disabilities and those from child-headed households.
