Ruto donates Ksh3M to school in Mumias for renovation

Central Primary School in Mumias has celebrated a momentous occasion as they welcomed President Ruto to join in their celebrations for their remarkable academic achievements.

Speaking at the occasion, Ruto extended his gratitude to the school for consistently achieving excellent results in national exams and pledged his support to help them reach their academic goals.

The President donated Ksh3 million to the school to enhance the school’s infrastructure including painting all its facilities and erecting a perimeter wall around the school to ensure the safety of the students.

The school has gained a reputation for being among the top-performing public schools nationally on multiple occasions in the Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE).

Headteacher Mr. Francis Obwamu expressed his gratitude to the President for the support and vowed to continue nurturing and educating students to excel in academics.

It is worth noting that the school offers both boarding and day schooling options.
