Nakuru County Director of Education Victoria Mulili have urged parents in Nakuru County to reduce the rate of family planning to increase the number of school going children born in that County.
The Director said the number of school going children is greatly reducing in Nakuru County terming the situation caused by many parents involving in serious Family planning which have greatly reduce the population of school going children.

“Our school enrolment in Primary School in this county is greatly reducing, as Ministry of Education we need children in school to get education, let parents play their role of getting children so that our school can have school children”, said Mulili.
She added that children are important in the society they make the generations to continue, when the aging generation complete their role in serving the society, the new generation take over and perform good duties of developing our nation, if we do not have enough children how will be our future generations?
