Principal asks learners to keep off Muguka

Malivani AIC Boarding and Comprehensive School Principal Joshua Mutuse speaks to the press during  the school academic day.

As the heated debate on Muguka continues, Malivani AIC Boarding and Comprehensive School Principal Joshua Mutuse has beseeched learners and members of the public to shun its use.

He was speaking during the school academic day where he said that those who are using the herb should keep off learning institutions and not to sell it to learners.

“Kindly don’t try to sell it to school-going children. We do not want to bring up zombies but want the best of them,” Mutuse said.

On another matter, he lamented that many toilets sank during the floods, saying they are still making appeals for support to reconstruct them.

Mutuse noted that the current enrollment stands at 487 and the school is CBC-compliant, with most learners exceeding expectation in their assessments.
