Practical and projects are key in CBE implementation

The skill of doing practical by learners during learning always provide the best opportunity for learners to be curious to understand the end result of what they are doing.

Practical enable learners to manipulate tools and equipment hence allowing learners to fully participate in the lesson. It also enable learners to clearly demonstrate the spirit of collaboration which is emphasised in CBE is clearly demonstrated by learners

The Practical and projects also allow learner to broadly think and open their mind concerning the activity being performed. They are able to acquire skills, knowledge and attitude from the practical and projects they are participating in.

Therefore, it’s the responsibility of teachers to guide the learners during practical and projects so that all learners participate in the task being performed.

Naturally, the element of motivation is felt by learners as they perform practical and projects and, a sense of self awareness and confidence is cultivated on each learner.

Practical and projects are proving to positively aid learners in the CBE implementation.
