His uncle Antony Wanyonyi who resides in Ongata Rongai said that he is a casual worker and cannot manage to raise the required school fees.

The uncle said he had been directed to raise KSh5,000 commitment fee to cater for the student meals and uniform, which he now says he is unable to provide.

Wanyonyi added that the boy has been performing well in his studies and his dream of becoming an engineer will be shattered if he fails to join Form 1. He said, “I have not been able to raise any raise commitment fee as I was directed by the school so that my nephew can join as I look for alternative ways of clearing the fees.”
