Nyankoba SDA Secondary School in Nyamira county is set to hold a grand prize giving cum thanksgiving ceremony tomorrow.
The institution’s principal Gideon Nyakundi said during the function, the school will appreciate the 2022 KCSE candidates and encourage this year’s class to do well in the forthcoming national exams.
The event will be graced by Kitutu Masaba MP Clive Ombane among other invited dignitaries.
“We have invited all our friends from within and outside the constituency to come and celebrate with us,” said the principal.
He said the Board of Management and the alumni will use the day to take stock of the school’s success and forge the way forward for more academic excellence.
Nyakundi said since its inception, the school has strived to produce students who make a positive impact in the society.
He added that with the current student population of 450, there is need for more classrooms, dormitories and enough staff to enable them achieve their desired academic targets.
